Our Story
Founded to Serve Government
Cross Texas Services, LLC was incorporated in Texas on June 1, 2026, with a clear purpose: to provide government agencies, institutions, and cooperative purchasing members with reliable, efficient supply procurement services.
As a Woman-Owned Small Business operating under a drop-ship fulfillment model, CTS sources products from manufacturers and authorized distributors and delivers them directly to the customer's facility. This approach keeps overhead low, maintains sourcing flexibility, and allows CTS to respond quickly to RFQs across a broad range of product categories.
CTS is registered on SAM.gov, holds an active TIPS cooperative purchasing contract (No. 260502 — Electrical and Plumbing Supplies and Equipment), and is listed on the Texas Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL No. 556521).
CTS supplies products and equipment. Installation services are not included unless expressly stated in a written quotation or contract.

RFQ Received
Government agency or institution submits an RFQ via the website, email, or procurement portal.
Sourcing & Pricing
CTS identifies the best available source from its distributor and manufacturer network and prepares a formal quotation.
Quotation Delivered
Formal quote including unit price, freight, lead time, and applicable terms is returned to the buyer.
Order Fulfilled
Upon PO receipt, CTS coordinates direct shipment from the supply source to the delivery location.
Pricing, availability, freight, lead times, and substitutions remain subject to formal quotation. Delivery and freight terms are stated in each formal quotation. Website submission does not create a contract or guarantee fulfillment.
