CTS is equipped to support a broad range of government entities, institutions, and cooperative purchasing members with supply procurement services.
The agency categories and examples below represent the types of government entities and institutions CTS is registered and equipped to support. References to specific agencies indicate markets CTS pursues and is eligible to serve β not confirmed customers or completed contracts.
State Agencies
Texas state agencies procure electrical, plumbing, facility, safety, and MRO supplies through the ESBD/CMBL, agency procurement portals, and cooperative contracts. CTS is registered on the Texas CMBL (Vendor No. 556521) and holds TIPS Contract 260502.
Examples of state agency categories CTS is equipped to support: health and human services facilities, correctional institutions, transportation departments, military departments, and state-operated facilities.
Federal Agencies
CTS is registered on SAM.gov (UEI: RYM8U3J1MCA5, CAGE: 21NW5) and is eligible to participate in federal procurement. Federal agencies may solicit CTS through SAM.gov or direct RFQ for electrical, plumbing, safety, and MRO supplies.
Examples of federal agency categories CTS is equipped to support: Veterans Affairs facilities, Department of Defense installations in Texas, and other federal agencies matching CTS NAICS codes.
Municipalities & Counties
Cities, counties, and local government entities can purchase through TIPS Contract 260502 without a separate competitive bid, or solicit CTS directly through their procurement portals for facility, electrical, plumbing, and MRO supply needs.
Universities & Colleges
Texas public universities and community colleges can utilize TIPS cooperative purchasing contracts or solicit CTS through their procurement offices. CTS supplies electrical, plumbing, maintenance, safety, and facility products to higher education institutions.
School Districts
Independent school districts and charter schools are eligible to use TIPS Contract 260502 for electrical and plumbing supply procurement. CTS can also respond to district solicitations for facility maintenance, safety, and MRO supplies.
Public Healthcare & Human Service Facilities
State-supported living centers, public hospitals, and human service facilities have ongoing needs for facility maintenance, electrical, plumbing, safety, and operational supplies. CTS is equipped to support non-medical supply procurement for these facilities.

Correctional & Institutional Facilities
Correctional facilities and institutional operations have significant ongoing requirements for electrical, plumbing, facility maintenance, safety, and MRO supplies. CTS understands the procurement requirements, security delivery protocols, and documentation standards associated with correctional facility procurement.
Military & Public Safety Organizations
Military installations, law enforcement agencies, and public safety organizations procure facility, safety, electrical, and operational supplies through federal and state procurement channels. CTS is SAM.gov registered and eligible to respond to defense and public safety solicitations.
Transportation & Infrastructure Departments
State and local transportation departments procure electrical, safety, hardware, and MRO supplies for facility and infrastructure maintenance. CTS is registered on the Texas CMBL and can respond to transportation agency solicitations.
Cooperative Purchasing Members
Any organization with membership in a cooperative purchasing program that includes TIPS Contract 260502 can purchase directly from CTS without a separate competitive bid. Contact CTS to verify eligibility and obtain a quotation.
